These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JarvisFlow, provided by Finixis Inc. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

JarvisFlow provides market analytics, options flow data, alerts, and related trading tools for informational purposes only.
We do not provide investment, trading, financial, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years old
Competent to enter into a legal agreement
Compliant with your country’s laws regarding market data

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information
Maintain the security of your password
Not share or resell access
Not impersonate others

We may suspend accounts for violations.

4. Subscription, Payments & Billing

Payments are processed via:

Stripe
PayPal
WHOP

Subscriptions renew automatically.
You are responsible for canceling before renewal.

5. Refund Policy

JarvisFlow has a strict No-Refund Policy.
All sales are final.

6. Communications (including Substack)

When you create an account, you agree that:

We may send onboarding emails, product updates, service notices, and educational content through Substack.
You may unsubscribe from Substack emails at any time.
Unsubscribing from Substack does not affect your ability to use your JarvisFlow account.
We may still send essential transactional or security emails.

7. License and Restrictions

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service.

You may not:

Reverse engineer the platform
Scrape or automate access
Redistribute data
Develop competing products based on JarvisFlow
Share your login

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use JarvisFlow to:

Break laws
Abuse or harass others
Access other users’ data
Attempt to disable or interfere with the platform
Upload harmful code

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing in JarvisFlow constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
All trading decisions are your own.
We are not liable for trading losses.

10. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable.
We do not guarantee data accuracy.

11. Service Availability

JarvisFlow may be unavailable during:

AWS outages
Exchange/data provider outages
Scheduled maintenance
Network disruptions

No refunds or credits are provided.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Payment failures
Abuse
Violations of these Terms

You may request account deletion manually at:

13. Intellectual Property

All content, code, data, and branding belong to Finixis Inc.
You may not use or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
We are not liable for trading losses
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Finixis Inc. from claims arising from:

Your use of JarvisFlow
Violations of these Terms
Your trading decisions

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, unless your local laws apply otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms.
Continued use of the service signifies acceptance.
