Setup

Connect manually to Muse

Until JarvisFlow is listed in the Muse Connector Directory, connect it manually in three steps. It takes under a minute.

Step one

Get your API key

In JarvisFlow, go to Settings → MCP API Keys and generate a key. It's shown once; store it somewhere safe. You can revoke it anytime.

Step two

Paste the setup prompt into Muse

Copy the exact prompt below and paste it into a Muse chat. It tells Muse precisely what to connect and how — Muse will not guess or improvise the setup.

Muse will ask for your API key through its secure credential prompt. Never paste the raw key into the chat.

- This is an MCP connector (Model Context Protocol) using API-key auth.
  It is NOT web search, NOT a plugin, NOT OAuth.
- Transport: MCP Streamable HTTP (POST) to this endpoint:

- Authentication: my personal JarvisFlow API key, sent as an
  `Authorization: Bearer` header on every request.
- Ask me for the API key using the secure credential prompt.

After connecting, list the available tools to confirm the connection,
then ask me which ticker I want to analyze first.

Why so explicit? So Muse connects the right server, with the right auth, on the first try — no misunderstandings, no double-guessing.

Trust

Security & privacy

Read-only by design: no tool writes, trades, or moves funds.
Per-user keys, revocable anytime in Settings; keys shown once, never logged in full (only prefixes in operational logs).
Key issuance requires an authenticated JarvisFlow session — users can only mint keys for their own account.
The only input the server processes is what you ask about (tickers, dates). No brokerage, positions, or personal data are touched.
Subscriptions and the 7-day free trial are managed on jarvisflow.io — no payment data flows through the MCP server or any AI assistant. The connector does not accept payments.

Limits

Rate limits & fair use

Fair-use rate limiting applies per API key. We're actively tuning our infrastructure as usage grows, so limits adapt over time — normal research and assistant usage won't hit them. If you run into throttling on a legitimate workload, contact support and we'll sort it out.
